Delivery and Returns

How long will it be until my order is delivered?

Delivery will normally be within 4 to 8 working days from the date of purchase but may be affected by adverse weather conditions or transport problems. Goods will not be dispatched until payment is made.

Can my order be sent quicker?

All prices shown include packing and delivery by second class Royal Mail delivery within the UK. However, for an additional cost, there is the option to have your order sent by Special Delivery; when you should expect your purchase within 5 workings days.

Do you offer international shipping? 

Yes, we deliver worldwide using Royal Mail Parcelforce.. Delivery outside of the United Kingdom is not included in the prices shown..

What is your return policy? 

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please call me at your earliest convenience,  so I can discuss with you the best way to make you happy.

Should you wish to return your purchase, you must do so within seven days of receipt and you will be asked to cover the return costs. You will need to return items in their original packaging and use Recorded Delivery, with proof of postage.

 Refunds will only be given once the items have been received, inspected and deemed to be in re-sellable condition. Secure packing is wholly the responsibility of the returnee.

Refunds are made using the same method by which payment was received within 48 hours of receiving the returned items in merchantable condition.
